that wall...

omg... i was chocked today seing the wall of the CT Coffee & Coconut in Amsterdam.

The coffe shop take place in the old movie theater "Ceintuur Theater" that was built in the 20s.

i love the association of light raw wood furniture and the stunning brick wall...something minimalist where i will be able to live in, don't you?

alors voilà, une trouvaille comme je les aime, avec ce nouveau coffee shop CT Coffee &Coconuts à Amsterdam... et ce mur de briques... sans voix!!! Il s'est installé dans un vieux cinéma datant des années 20, le Centruur Theater, et les lieux ont été gardés dans leur jus...j'adore l'association qui a été faite de bois brut clairs avec ces vieux murs... quelque chose de minimaliste, reposant, où je vivrais bien... pas vous?

Origo Café

hello from Romania where i will spend a week ...

So it will be Romanian week here on the blog and to start the tour let me introduce you the Origo Café in Bucharest... Origo functions as a coffee-shop during the day and a cocktail bar during the evenings. It was create as a really urban place keeping the beams on ceiling but painted them in white, then the contrast between dark walls and the light wood furniture and floor enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. 

The master piece stays the bar made of raw metal and oak...

stunning contrast between the massiveness of the bar and the aery white installation of 276 cups floating above...
